I saw your sad-sounding complaint on the wikipedia helpdesk and figured I'd see if I could help you out. :) It looks as though you were trying to create an article for Nick Parrish? The problem is there was already a redirect at that site. It's actually pretty easy to fix, and I can help you out with it. However, before you do that you should make sure your article meets the standards for notability outlined at WP:N. I tried to google Nick Parrish to find more information, and not much at all was coming up. If you think your article meets the requirements, leave me a message on my talk page (User talk:Calliopejen1) and let me know, so I can help you out. If it doesn't meet the requirements, it would be best to remove the biography text you wrote and just leave the redirect code there. (I can help you out with that too if you need me to.)
