[edit] I made a minor modification to one of your edits

I changed {{NPOV}} to {{tl|NPOV}} to your edit to Talk:National Endowment for Democracy to avoid the banner showing up.[1] I guess your intention was just to write "{{NPOV}}" not rendering the banner. JRSP 00:26, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
