1) Notability debates are subjective, inconsistent, biased, and generally flawed. Don't argue about notability. Here are some sane thoughts on Wikipedia deletions and the "notability" question: http://www.highprogrammer.com/alan/rants/wikipedia-delete.html
2) Focus on facts. Provide sources for all asserted facts in an entry.
3) If you really must comment on an article, comment on the content, not the contributor.
