[edit] founded 1935 vs 1938

I found cites online for both dates, but decided to change it to 1938 because that is what is on the company's own history page, and based on a story in a trucking industry magazine that says Al Schneider sold his car to buy a truck in 1935, bought the trucking company he was contracted to as an independent and changed it's name to Schneider in 1938. [edit] Citations Added

It looks like there are already a fair number of citations on this page, though a few more are needed that I'd need more time to find than I have this evening. Even so, is the unreferenced template still needed here, should a ref-improve be used instead, or can I simply remove the tag and just leave in notes for where citations are still necessary?
