[edit] Treaty?

Does 'Schmalkaldic League' qualify as a treaty (it's currently in the catagory "Treaties of the Holy Roman Empire"), as it never produced official documents stating its alliance (as far as my research can tell, if this is not the case, the article needs to be editted to include the names of the documents)? From my research, The Peace of Augsburg was the only treaty produced as a result of the League, to settle with Charles V in 1555. For now I'm going to remove it. --Karophyr 20:19, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
