Is it me or is it somewhat revealing that the NOW timeline abruptly ends before the 2003 Supreme Court decision? Miraculouschaos 05:09, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] One article or three?

So should this be split into three articles to address each SCOTUS decision separately? Each one deals with separate legal issues, and while all part of the same case, each decision by the Court is a separate topic in its own right, which the Court in the 2006 opinion refer to as NOW I, NOW II, etc. If kept as one article, however, I think the article title and infobox should be from the final SCOTUS decision. Thoughts? Postdlf 05:55, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
