Schwarzhäusern is a municipality in the district of Aarwangen in the canton of Bern in Switzerland.
Schwarzhäusern lies in the Oberaargau in the Swiss plateau north of the Aare.
At the southern end of the municipality the Aare has a reservoir created by the hydroelectric plant of Wynau.
