Schola Cantorum Basiliensis

The Schola Cantorum Basiliensis is a music academy and research institution focusing on early music, located in Basel, Switzerland. It was founded in 1933 by Paul Sacher together with distinguished musicians including the pioneering specialist in early vocal music Max Meili.

Notable faculty members include Anthony Rooley, Paolo Pandolfo, and Hopkinson Smith.

Popular recordings include the 1994 album Chill to the Chant.
