Schistometopum thomense is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is endemic to Sao Tomé and Principe. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, plantations , rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
