Schipborg (53°4′N, 6°40′E) is a village in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a part of the municipality of Aa en Hunze, and lies about 11 km northeast of Assen.
In 2001, the village of Schipborg had 460 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.19 km², and contained 205 residences.[1] The statistical area "Schipborg", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 700.[2]
