The buses used by the Schunck business in the early 20th century to transport customers from surrounding towns to the business, effectively giving the then booming city of Heerlen its first public transport.
Photo taken from the family album. Photographer unknown, probably family. Taken in the mid-1910s (the boy on the right is Pierre Schunck, who was born in 1906 and must be about 10 here).
