[edit] Definition of Kent
Personally I'm quite happy including everything in Medway as being in Kent, but technically Medway isn't in Kent anymore, so should you be including Medway schools in this category ???? Pickle
- The article for Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School says it's in Rochester, Kent, which is why I put it in that category. Should this be changed to Rochester, Medway? I don't know enough about Medway/Kent to make such a change. Kjlewis 17:19, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

- Under the 1997 local government reforms, Rochester Upon Medway Borough Council and Gillingham Borough Council were "detached" from Kent County Council to from Medway Unitary Authority. Thus Rochester is still in the "ceremonial" county of Kent (ie geographically it hasn't moved) but for administration it is now in Medway (especially relevant as education is administered by the Medway UA rather than the KCC as was previously). Now to Joe Public on the ground we all still think we're in Kent and it doesn't bother us but some strict wikipedians might worry. Its similar to Bromley and Bexley joining London back 1965, but slightly different. Anyway the cat is very underpopulated considering how many schools there are so .....
