[edit] Scandisk in Windows 2000/XP/Vista

There's no more Scandisk in Windows XP, last I checked. Probably true for 2000 and Vista as well.

So this sentence is misleading: "The disk scanning utility under Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP is also called CHKDSK", because it suggests that Scandisk is still around, together with Chkdsk, on these Windows versions. Resurgent insurgent 03:27, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
