Scat Metha

Frank Joseph "Scat" Metha (December 13, 1913 - March 2, 1975) was a Major League Baseball infielder. Born in Los Angeles, California, played part of one season, 1940, as an infielder with the Detroit Tigers. In 26 games, he had three hits, including one single, and three RBIs for a .243 batting average. Metha died in 1975 in Fountain Valley, California at age 61. he was buried at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
