The Scarlet-shouldered Parrotlet (Touit huetii) is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
