Scamper is an American, Boston-based power pop / rock band, formed in 2001 by upstate New York transplants and singer-songwriter-guitarists Keith Michel and Nate Rogers and filled out by drummer Mike Mirabella and bassist Brendan Boogie.

Scamper were finalists in the 2006 WBCN Rock & Roll Rumble and have supported such acts as Nada Surf, OK Go, The Click Five, Juliette Lewis, Kay Hanley (ex-Letters to Cleo), and We Are Scientists.

Scamper performed their final show on February 2, 2008, before going into an "indefinite hiatus"[1]
