The scalloped bonnethead, Sphyrna corona, is a shark of the family Carcharhinidae, found in tropical waters of the eastern Pacific Ocean between latitudes 30° N and 18° S. Its length is up to about 92 cm.
The scalloped bonnethead is found on the continental shelf, presumably inshore. It is viviparous, presumably with 2 young per litter. Probably the smallest species of hammerhead.
