J. Stephen Bolhafner is a News Researcher at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Befitting his occupation, he is a generalist, rather than a specialist. In his spare time, he reads and collects comic books and graphic novels, mostly not superhero stuff (although he does have a soft spot for Batman and 1960s and early '70s Marvel comics). It may be partly because of his affection for a comic book called Cerebus that he speaks of himself in the third person.
