its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subjects of the articles.
the photo is being used to refer to a specific, important, and not worthy event. Given it was performed at a Super Bowl by three players who were chosen for the Pro Bowl, and that the league now banned excessive celebration, the image is an unrepeatable event.
