"Saying Sorry" is the first single taken from Hawthorne Heights second studio album If Only You Were Lonely. The lyrics tell the story of someone who falls in love. However after making this person cry they feel like saying "sorry". The song reached the top ten on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart, the first such accomplishment for the band.
