[edit] Music video
The band has released the official video for the song for a promotional commercial of their album. The video is partially black and white and is filmed in Paris. The video starts with Ryan Tedder and going out of the house. A few seconds before the music starts, Chris Cornell makes a cameo appearance and passes by Tedder as he walks out of the house. [4]Tedder walks throughout the city by such landmarks as the Sacre Coeur, while the rest of the band is seen in different locations usually covered in Graffiti. Drew Brown is seen riding a scooter while the rest of the band have individual close-ups over a bridge and walking down some alleys. The band is also seen performing the song in an ex-meat abatoir in Paris now artists apartments. As the music climaxes, Tedder climbs a winding staircase leading to a rooftop with a view of the sunset over the city. Tedder then writes on a black notebook the final verse to the song, ending the music video.

Its first appearance was on November, (shortly after Dreaming Out Loud was released) on Billboard's Hot Digital Songs, debuting at #75.[5] It dropped out a few weeks after. The song re-appeared on Billboard's Hot Digital Songs after its official release in the United Kingdom and peaked at #57. It is slowly moving up the UK charts and a few other European charts, after less than a week after its official release.[6]
