Sayō (佐用町 Sayō-chō?) is a town located in Sayō District, Hyōgo, Japan.

As of March 31, 2008, the town has an estimated population of 20,939 and a population density of 69 persons per km². The total area is 307.51 km².

On October 1, 2005, the towns of Kozuki, Mikazuki and Nanko from Sayō District merged into the town of Sayō.
