Michael "Miguel" Christopher Silva, sometimes referred to as SaxyMike, is a musician and legal assistant from San Antonio, Texas.

Born Michael Christopher Dennett at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio on April 28, 1977, his name was officially changed upon the marriage of his parents, Balde and Rennetta Silva.

Silva learned to play the saxophone at the age of 11, and became a professional at the age of 14. Today, he currently performs at nightclubs under the alias SaxyMike, though most of his friends know him as "Miguel."

In addition to saxophone, Silva also has learned the guitar, bass, piano, clarinet, percussion, and has also become a singer and songwriter as well.

He has released two self-made CD's: "Saint Nick's Sax Picks" and "Oversaxed".
