Saxmundham railway station serves the town of Saxmundham in Suffolk, England. It is located on the Ipswich-Lowestoft East Suffolk Line and is 36 km (22½ miles) east of Ipswich.
The station is served by National Express East Anglia, which operates services between Ipswich and Lowestoft. All services are operated by diesel multiple units of Classes 153, 156 or 170. A few services also operate directly between London Liverpool Street and Lowestoft, via the East Suffolk Line, using new Turbostar units.
A branch formerly ran to Aldeburgh on the coast from just north of Saxmnundham.

Monday through Saturdays, there is generally a two-hour service westbound to Ipswich with most services continuing to London Liverpool Street and eastbound to Lowestoft.
Sundays there is a two-hour service to Ipswich and Lowestoft
