In my opinion, to improve and get up from long sleeping, Sawah Lunto Sijunjung need a leader who really care about his people. Reformation must be star from top to bottom, it is imposible to change corruption habit in low lovel if most prominent are corruption. So in the first time, we have to reform Akhlak or mindset of goverment and the people, after that we have to insert new mindset, like hard wishes, self control, honesty to achiave one goal or prosperous.
