Les Nuits fauves (English: Savage Nights, Italian: Notti selvagge) is a 1992 French movie directed and written by Cyril Collard. It stars Collard, Romane Bohringer, Maria Schneider and Jean-Christophe Bouvet. It won the César Award for Best Film, Best Debut, Most Promising Actress and Best Editing.

Jean (Collard) is a young bisexual man who is HIV positive. He meets Laura (Bohringer) and is torn between his new love for her and his attraction to his male lover Samy (Lopez).
