[edit] Discussion

  • Founded in 1954, but lists Sauder as a notable alumni receiving his B.Com in 1948. Anyone care to explain that? Deet 21:39, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
  • Also, history section doesn't mention anything of note in 1954. I'm going to change founded date to be aligned with history section. Deet 11:51, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
  • I will check the history board and find the actual date of the faculty's establishment. The confusing part is that there are 3 real "establishment" dates, there is the date the Sauder School was named, the Year the Faculty was Created and the year the first degree was offered (through Arts). Marushke 04:11, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
  • I changed the year founded to 1956, this reflects the promotion of "50 years of Commerce at UBC" by SSB and the UBC History Page that I have added as a relevant link.
