Saulsbury is a town in Hardeman County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 99 at the 2000 census.

Saulsbury is located at 35°2′57″N, 89°5′20″W (35.049276, -89.088858)[3].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.4 square miles (0.9 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 99 people, 43 households, and 26 families residing in the town. The population density was 271.7 people per square mile (106.2/km²). There were 53 housing units at an average density of 145.4/sq mi (56.8/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 85.86% White, 12.12% African American, and 2.02% from two or more races.

There were 43 households out of which 25.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.8% were married couples living together, 9.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 39.5% were non-families. 30.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 20.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.30 and the average family size was 2.92.

In the town the population was spread out with 24.2% under the age of 18, 10.1% from 18 to 24, 15.2% from 25 to 44, 29.3% from 45 to 64, and 21.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 46 years. For every 100 females there were 110.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 97.4 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $30,000, and the median income for a family was $41,250. Males had a median income of $26,250 versus $28,125 for females. The per capita income for the town was $10,335. There were 22.2% of families and 29.7% of the population living below the poverty line, including 48.8% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
