[edit] Biography

In May 2006, Veronika Decides To Die, the 3rd full length album from Danish doom-metal band Saturnus, was released. The front cover artwork is made by well-known designer Travis Smith (Anathema, Katatonia, etc).

Veronika Decides To Die has been underway for 6 years, and the road leading up to the release, was complicated. The line-up has changed a couple of times before they ended up being the complete and framed band again. The album title, Veronika Decides To Die, was inspired by Paulo Coelho’s novel of same name. Saturnus has made 2 albums and an MCD, Paradise Belongs To You, For The Loveless Lonely Nights and Martyre before this one.
