Saturate is the first studio album by post-grunge quartet Breaking Benjamin. It was released on August 27th, 2002 through Hollywood Records, and featured the single "Polyamorous".

- The track "Polyamorous" from this album was featured in the video games Run Like Hell, WWE Day of Reckoning, WWE Smackdown! vs. RAW and WWE Wrestlemania 21. There are also 3 different studio versions of this song: the album version, a 3:02 version, and a 3:04 version with an instrumental intro.
- The track "Home" features distinct references to the classic film The Wizard of Oz. It was also featured in the video game Run Like Hell.
- The song "Natural Life" was featured in the video game MX Unleashed.
- The songs "Polyamorous", "Next to Nothing", "Sugarcoat", "Shallow Bay", and "Wish I May" are covered by a classical cover quartet called " The Vitamin String Quartet", on the album "The String Tribute to Breaking Benjamin".
