The Sattalites are a Canadian reggae band from Toronto. First formed in 1980 by Fergus Hambleton and Jo Jo Bennett, two musicians who had worked together in Leroy Sibbles' touring band, they released their self-titled debut album in 1985.
The band's most famous song, "Gimme Little Sign", a cover version of a Brenton Wood 1967 R&B hit, was a Top 40 hit in 1987.
