Satan's Sadists (also known as Nightmare Bloodbath) is a 1969 biker film directed by Al Adamson and starring Russ Tamblyn.
The plot centers around a renegade motorcycle gang called 'The Satans'. After arriving at a roadside diner in the middle of nowhere, they proceed to murder most of its inhabitants. A waitress and an ex-Marine escape just in time and must reach help at the closest town before The Satans catch up with them and finish the job.
It was distributed in America by Troma Entertainment.
