Hello, and thank you for your message on the photo of the last ruling Romanov family. Sorry I havnt gotten back to you sooner.

According to a rather handsome "coffee-table-ish" book I have that was produced by the Hermitage Museum (it shows the pieces shown in their recent Nicholas and Alexandra exhibit), the photo was taken in Lavadia in 1914 (I scanned the photo from this book). Perhaps its an error, but I doubt it....do you have a source for the photo having been taken for the 1913 celebrations?
