have reverted the page to earlier stub. useless information added by 24.99.98.187 like :

"News Stories of Buta Singh taking unconstitutational steps to help criminals and punish honest police officers has been hot. ALL IAS officiers protesting against Buta Singh."

and many other useless paragraphs.
