Is she actually using "Viscountess Hailsham"? Particularly as her husband doesn't seem to be using the Viscountcy. A lot of modern women with titles are opting to use the highest title they hold in their own right rather than a higher title derived from their marriage - e.g. Norma Major uses "Dame Norma Major" not "Norma, Lady Major".

One of the few other examples of a contemporary Baroness in her own right married to a higher title is Susan Cunliffe-Lister, Baroness Masham of Ilton where we have her there rather than at Susan Cunliffe-Lister, Countess of Swinton, whilst many a commoner woman married to a title has declined all styles - e.g. Beatrice Webb refused to use "Lady Passfield".
