Saratoga Elementary School

Saratoga Elementary School, located in Saratoga, California, started in 1855 as a one-room schoolhouse, and now has 22 K-5 classes and two County Day Classes for a total school population of 494 students. It was first recognized as one of California's first Distinguished schools in 1987, and again in 1993. Saratoga Elementary surpasses Argonaut Elementary School and Foothill at elementary test scores. Saratoga feeds into Redwood Middle School, which in turn is a feeder to Saratoga High School.
