Sarah Gorham is the author of three collections of poetry: The Cure (2003), The Tension Zone (1996), and Don't Go Back to Sleep (1989). Poems and essays have appeared in Poetry, American Poetry Review, The Georgia Review, The Gettysburg Review, Real Simple, Western Quarterly Review, Fourth Genre, and Best American Poetry 2006, among other places.
Gorham is the co-founder of Sarabande Books, Inc., an independent, nonprofit, literary press located in Louisville, Kentucky. She lives in Prospect, Kentucky with her husband, the poet Jeffrey Skinner, and their two Basset Hounds.
