Sarah Elizabeth (born August 9, 1983 in Glendale, Arizona) is an American model. She was Playboy's Cyber Girl of the Week in the 4th week of December 2005, and Cyber Girl of the Month in April 2006. She was selected as the Playmate of the Month for the November 2006 issue of Playboy.
