Sara Isakovič (born June 9, 1988 in Bled) is a freestyle swimmer from Slovenia, who competed for her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. Member of the Žito Gorenjka Radovljica Swimming Club from Radovljica, Slovenia; training under the supervision of coach Miha Potočnik.
