This graphic was originally published in the Sydney City Weekly November 28 1996 with the title "Sydney Needs Me." and a sub title of "Do We?" It was part of an article "Lets be Frank...an interesting interview with Frank Sartor as Lord Mayor of Sydney. The Photographer was named as Richard Gosling
