saponification values of edible oils

What is the molecular weight of the triglyceride present for butter fat having a saponification value of 320.

[edit] Nonsense resulting from edits?

"If there are more moles of potassium hydroxide (KOH) used for 1 gram of fat then there are more moles of the fat." is not a complete sentence. Also, this entry makes it sound like sap values for NaOH and KOH are interchangeable. Hardly, the KOH value should be 140% of that for NaOH, to account for the additional mass of K, since the hydroxide concentration is what is of utmost importance. --Belg4mit 21:46, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
