Sapo Messenger is an application based in the Jabber protocol, made for portuguese people by PT.com. It includes VoIP features: you can make calls between computers, receive calls from a phone and make calls to a phone. Calls can include video. It has an MSN and ICQ mirror, but chat between Sapo Messenger users is more functional.
