I am an undergraduate student at Portland State University, pursuing a degree in Writing (as they do not have a seperate Journalism department). I am looking at starting a career in journalism or photojournalism upon graduation.

I have been closely involved with a number of game development projects over the years, including Maerchen and the DrugWars Modification for the PC game FarCry. I was a staff member at ModDB for over a year, and remain involved in the game modification community. I am interested in writing, art and photography, travel, windsurfing, and video gaming. I am a long-term subscriber to the online MMORPG World of Warcraft, where I play as a level 70 Rogue on the Deathwing (US) server under the moniker "Kelcia".

I intend to become more active on Wikipedia and share my own knowledge on a variety of topics with the world, but at this point I am too busy with school work to help in any serious way.
