Talk started in light of recent edits,
Santhosh George Kulangara is a notable person as per WP:N (General notability guideline). Apart from all references mentioned including cnn & all major Indian news headlines (significant coverage's in reliable sources), a google search also provides more than 1,000 results and it is really keep on increasing.
