but  due to some  personal  problems i coudnt  complete my graduation 
but i do wish to study  now  through correspondence  i  completed  my  2nd year

 As im  ignorant to the formalities  so please sir  do let me know  about 
what documents are  needed .As  due to some  personal problems i coudnt come  personally  
unless i get  appointment from your side.

[edit] Deletion of lists

Please do not add names of schools, colleges, religious institutes blah blah ... Remember Wikipedia is not a directory and Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information either.
