I've recently reverted some changes that were made to this article, all of which fell under notability policy and WP:NOT guidelines. In specific, naming the company's best-known games in the lead of the article, as opposed to an extensive list of all its games, will give better context for the article, and including the list of senior management staff and the board of directors is unlikely to help the article toward Good Article status.
I would suggest that editors in this article find verifiable third-party sources to describe Sandlot's history in prose - when and where it was founded, what it sought to accomplish as a company, describe the success of Cake Mania and the resulting popularity increase of the website, etc. These are all good things that will help establish the company's notability, while at the same time conforming with WP policies and VGProj article guidelines.
