Why would someone sandbag at the gym?

Why is this categorised as a disambiguation page? There's a true disambiguation page at "Sandbag (disambiguation)". This one is just a largely-redundant list of specific uses of one meaning of the term. Should it be recategorised or even deleted? 209.150.62.29 01:33, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
