[edit] Unincorporated area?

Is Sand Hill really an unincorporated area? According to both the TopoZone database [1] and United States Geological Survey's Geographic Names database,[2] Sand Hill is located around Main St (Highway 4) between Hill Ave and Bolton Rd, which is inside the city limits of Oakley. If this is the case, Sand Hill would not be really an unincorporated area, but a district or neighborhood within the incorporated place of Oakley. Zzyzx11 (Talk) 05:29, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

Hmmm, then maybe this should be looked into and varified, I'll check out Oakley resources and find out for sure but in any case if it is just a region/neighborhood of Oakley keep and move to Sand Hill, Oakley, California then.71.142.84.165 00:22, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
