AS WE CAN ALL SEE SAN MARIANO HAVE A CHILDREN CENTER RIGHT NOW AND IT'S A VERY GOOD PROJECT OF OUR VERY OWN MAYOR. WHERE IN THE CHILDREN HAVE THEIRE OWN TELEVISION, HAIR CUT, A PLACE TO TAKE A BATH, A PLACE TO PLAY AND MOST OF ALL IT IS VERY UNIQUE...

IN SUCH HISTORY OF ISABELA THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT A MUNICIPALITY HAVE IT'S OWN CHILDREN'S CENTER AND THAT CENTER IS VERY SAFE FOR CHILDREN WHO DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO CHANGE CLOTHES EVERY DAY.
