[edit] Start district article as experiement

This article was started today entirely based on data from the district's entry at National Center for Education Statistics. See [1] for the source data. The article does not yet include the API and STARS test information. If there were no individual school articles already, I would be inclined to place each school in a subsection, so there was room for easy expancion and eventual cleaving. I'll add more soon, plus some outside sources for those who need proof of notability. --Hjal (talk) 09:34, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
